Refund Policy

1. Exchanges — Wrong Size

If you receive the wrong size, you are eligible for an exchange.
The item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition with tags

2. Exchanges — Wrong Item Received

If you receive a completely different item (example: ordered trousers but received a jacket), you may choose:

  • A full exchange (correct item sent), OR
  • A refund

The incorrect item must be returned to us first in perfect condition before we process your request.

3. Refunds

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Wrong size orders
  • Change of mind

Refunds are ONLY considered if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is defective or damaged (must be proven)

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

4. Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in perfect, resellable condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.
