Refund Policy
1. Exchanges — Wrong Size
If you receive the wrong size, you are eligible for an exchange.
The item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags
2. Exchanges — Wrong Item Received
If you receive a completely different item (example: ordered trousers but received a jacket), you may choose:
- A full exchange (correct item sent), OR
- A refund
The incorrect item must be returned to us first in perfect condition before we process your request.
3. Refunds
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Wrong size orders
- Change of mind
Refunds are ONLY considered if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or damaged (must be proven)
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
4. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in perfect, resellable condition.
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was ours.
